Fees
Management is charged as a percentage of rent collected. The rate, any letting fee and the notice period are agreed in writing before we start and shown on every statement.

Coming soonA secure login for statements, maintenance logs and occupancy reports is in development. Existing clients receive their monthly statements and reports by email in the meantime.
